Greetings from Minnesota!

We've been working up here in the Frozen Tundra (well, not always frozen) in Minnesota with on our latest project, Aperitif Restaurant & Bar. Well, we had our opening night on Saturday, January 30th, which was a great success!

The Nyman Group has officially gotten back into Day to Day operations (serving as the Management Company for the venue) and running a restaurant with my dad has been a lifelong dream. It is a wild, amazing, exhaustive, rewarding, demanding and most of all fun process that is truly just beginning!
