Aperitif - The Opening Continues...

Greetings from Woodbury, Minnesota!  We are working on the opening of Aperitif Restaurant & Bar, here in the East Metro area of the Twin Cities.  Training is on-going for both the Front of House and the Back of House, with opening week upon us! Tested and tasted some dishes today - the kitchen team did a great job.  Wine list is finished and ready to share with the staff and the liquor list isn't far behind!  Stay tuned for more details and look for the Aperitif website to be up and running soon...opening night, Saturday, January 30th!
